FAQ

We can do custom sizing and/or color additions. For each piece, please use the "contact" page from the menu above. 50% deposit is required to initiate the custom commissions, and the other 50% is due at the time of completion. All deposits on orders are non-refundable. 

CUSTOM COMMISIONS

shipping/local pickup

You will receive the piece as designed in the image and your order will be shipped out according to the shipping time you select at checkout. We ship via UPS or FedEx ground and will provide you the tracking number once shipped. Each item is packaged with care and bubblewrap/styrofoam to protect it. Once your item leaves our shop, we are not liable for any damage in shipping or lost in transit issues. However, there is insurance on the items we ship with UPS/FedEx! In case there is is an issue with delivery we can proceed with filing a claim through them.

 

 

Our shop is located in Ogden, Utah. It's just 30 minutes north of Salt Lake City. For those orders that are selected "local pickup" at checkout, I will send the Ogden, Utah address for pickup and contact you to set up the best time that works for you to pickup.

Return & Exchange Policy

There are no refunds on orders, each piece is made by hand and custom to every order. 

Important reminder - when hanging the piece, make sure you hit one stud or use drywall anchors.

"what size do I get?"

This is the big question for most people before they order. Depending on the wall space, and location, this can vary. Here is a quick visual guide. If you need further direction or want to talk it out, I'm just a quick message away!
